The mixed-use building is home to Adelaidean Apartments and Crowne Plaza Hotel is currently the tallest constructed building in Adelaide at 135 metres with extraordinary views from all levels.

The Crowne Plaza Hotel and conference rooms are topped by 14 floors of superior accommodation and consisting of Adelaide’s highest penthouse. More than 15,000m3 of concrete was poured at this project.
