GSA North Terrace comprises of student accommodation, student services and various amenities including a ground floor café. It provides a home for 725 students across 325 apartments.

It is one of the tallest buildings in Adelaide with 109 piles averaging 15 metres deep and connected by 1.5 metre pile caps across the entire site. The 1,200m3 concrete pour for the pile cap was completed over a 12 hour period using 3 pumps and double truck feeds.
