The ALDI distribution facility is 31,000m2 on an 8 hectare site in Regency Park. 

There was approximately 25,000m2 of concrete hardstands and car parking required which had a 12 month delivery timeframe.

The completion of the distribution centre was being driven by the rollout of its stores in early 2016 therefore meeting programme was vital.
