83 Pirie Street is the benchmark in workplace evolution. The $265m development consists of more than 30,000 sqm of commercial letting space across its 22 levels. 

The project is Adelaide’s first commercial and retail mixed-use building to avoid using natural gas.

Approximately 1,745 construction workers were employed on-site during its completion.
