The building will include an extension of the university library, teaching space, offices, student services, shops and a restaurant on the southern side of Hindley Street. It will be enriched by integrated resources and state-of-the-art technologies, providing effective social, learning and teaching experiences. As is the norm now with inner city buildings, the logistic of material management and access for concrete pours is becoming increasingly difficult. Saccardo Constructions, having its own concrete pumps and many years experience, takes away the concern for the builder having to manage this difficult task.
