Hansen Yuncken required a contractor with a proven track record of achieving project dates, high quality and expertise in managing working in the city on a small footprint. We have installed one of our tower placement booms to facilitate the jump form system being employed and a static pump position so that the builder’s loading bay can still operate during concrete pours.OVERVIEW
This 12-storey building, in the heart of the city, will include 2 levels of car parking and 12 levels of office accommodation, with a floor area of 23,000 square metres. The signature building will be accommodated by People’s Choice Credit Union, as well as Santos. Hence, the building’s design will incorporate a footbridge connecting the Santos tenancy with their head office next door.
